Information Collection and Use

  • IWI collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our web site.
  • IWI are the sole owner of the personally identifiable information collected on this site.
  • IWI will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party or partners.
  • IWI will not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the personally identifiable information collected.


IWI do not use “cookies” or any other tracking technologies to collect information from users visiting our web site.

When our organisation form asks users to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our registration form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just “surfing”.

Special Promotion

Members will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, users may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe ion the subject line in the emails.

Correction / Updating Personal Information

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update or request for your personal data to be removed by emailing our Customer Support.

Payment Information

Payment methods such as telegraphic transfers may incur additional charges. IWI will not bear any of the underlying bank charges applied for the payment made.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

According to IRAS, IWI will have to charge GST (currently 7%) for all its applicable services from 01 March 2018. Invoices generated after 01 March 2018 will also show the 7% GST component.

Helping Small Business Cope with the GST Implementation

Unless stated otherwise, the GST will be absorbed by IT Works Internet Pte Ltd for ONLY the following range of products; other product categories not stated below will be subjected to a 7% GST charge after the effective date:

  • Web Hosting
  • Email Hosting
  • EDM Services
  • Office 365
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Web Hosting Add-ons
  • Domain Names

However, in tax invoices after the effective date, the GST component of 7% will be shown, but the above services categories will not see an increment in the actual payable amount:
