MS Office Outlook 2003 Setup
Office Outlook 2003 does not comes pre-installed with Windows XP Operating System (OS).
Only when MS Office 2003
is installed, then you will have Outlook 2003.
Step 1: In Outlook 2003, [CLICK] "Tools" menu, [CLICK] "E-mail Accounts".
Step 2: E-mail Accounts.
[CLICK] "Add a new e-mail account".
[CLICK] "Next".
Step 3: Server Type.
[CLICK] "POP3".
[CLICK] "Next".
Step 4: Internet E-mail Settings.
Your Name - [ENTER] "Your name as you want it to display on email messages".
E-mail Address - [ENTER] "Your email address".
Incoming mail server - [ENTER] “mail.yourdomain.com”.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - [ENTER] “mail.yourdomain.com”.
User Name - [ENTER] "Your email address".
Password - [ENTER] "Your password".
[DO NOT ENABLE] "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".
[CLICK] "More Settings...".
Step 5: Outgoing Server
[ENABLE] "My outgoing server requires authentication".
[CLICK] "OK".
Step 6: Internet E-mail Settings.
[CLICK] "Next".
Step 7: Congratulations!
[CLICK] "Finish".
Step 8: Your mail is now setup for Office Outlook 2003.
