MS Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail Setup

Windows Mail comes pre-installed with Windows Vista Operating System (OS).
Unfortunately it is not very stable so we recommend you to upgrade to Windows Live Mail instead.
you may download it from Microsoft website here - http://download.live.com/wlmail.

Step 1: In Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail, [CLICK] "Tools" then "Accounts".

Step 2: Accounts.
[CLICK] "Add".

Step 3: Select Account Type.
[SELECT] "E-mail Account".
[CLICK] "Next".

Step 4: E-mail Account Information.
E-mail Address - [ENTER] "Your email address".
Password - [ENTER] "Your password".
Display Name - [ENTER] "Your name as you want it to display on email messages".
[ENABLE] "Manually configure server for e-mail account".
[CLICK] "Next".

Step 5: Server information.
Server Type - [SELECT] "POP3".
Incoming server - [ENTER] "mail.yourdomain.com" / Port - [ENTER] "110".
Outgoing server - [ENTER] "mail.yourdomain.com" / Port - [ENTER] "25".
[ENABLE] "My outgoing server requires authentication".
[CLICK] "Next".

Step 6: [SELECT] "mail.yourdomain.com" and [CLICK] "Properties".

Step 7: Servers.
[CHECK] "My server requires authentication".
[CLICK] "OK".

Step 8: Complete. [CLICK] "Close".

Step 9: Your mail is now setup for Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail.
